Hi, I’m Yuri, a Registered Nutritional Therapist.
I specialise in supporting women through perimenopause, focusing on energy, mood, and overall wellbeing.
My own journey through perimenopause — and the challenges it brought with mood, energy, and balance — inspired me to help other women feel nourished, supported, and more like themselves again. Like many, I was surprised at how little information and practical guidance there was about this stage of life. Experiencing these changes firsthand made me passionate about creating a space where women can feel understood and supported with practical, no-judgment strategies that truly fit their lives.
As a nutritional therapist, my approach is rooted in functional medicine and a holistic view of health. I believe food should be flexible and enjoyable — not restrictive. By combining evidence-based nutrition with lifestyle support, I help clients restore balance in their bodies and daily lives.
As a mum, I also understand how easy it is to put your own needs last when you’re juggling family, work, and everyday responsibilities. That’s why I’m passionate about helping women find realistic, sustainable ways to care for themselves without adding more stress to their plates.
