Personalised Nutritional Therapy
If you’re finding it difficult to move forward with your health, I’m here to help with compassionate, practical guidance.
You might be experiencing:
Hormonal changes – perimenopause, mood swings, sleep disruptions, low energy, weight fluctuations.
Digestive problems - bloating, reflux, constipation, food intolerances.
Immune problems - frequent infections, ongoing inflammation, or autoimmune conditions that need extra support.
Seeking clarity & support - if you feel overwhelmed by ongoing health challenges and want simple, sustainable strategies with someone that listens and guides you.
How I Can Support You
Every person’s health journey is different, which is why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans. In our work together, I take time to understand your story — your symptoms, lifestyle, and the challenges that matter most to you. From there, we build a plan that feels realistic and sustainable, not overwhelming.
My role is to guide you with clear, practical steps while making space for flexibility. This might mean looking at nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, or supplements where appropriate — but always in a way that works for your daily life.
Nutritional Therapy with me is not about restriction or perfection. It’s about finding balance, supporting your body and mind, and helping you feel more at ease with your health. You’ll always be supported along the way, so that change feels achievable and lasting.

Consultations are available online or in person, depending on what works best for you. For in-person sessions, we can agree on a suitable location that feels comfortable and private.
Our first consultation is an opportunity for me to listen to your story, understand your goals, and explore the symptoms or challenges you’re experiencing. I’ll take a detailed case history to see the bigger picture of your health. From there, we’ll create a personalised plan and decide on the areas we’ll focus on together. If needed, I may suggest specific tests or recommend checking in with your GP for further insights.
In follow-up sessions, we’ll build on your progress, adapt your plan as needed, and add new layers of support in nutrition and lifestyle. Depending on your situation, this may include reviewing test results and making adjustments to supplement recommendations if they’re part of your plan.
Change takes time, and it isn’t always a straight line — there may be ups and downs along the way. My role is to support you through the process, helping you stay on track and adjust when life gets in the way. I’ll be here for as long as you need guidance, whether that’s for a short time or ongoing support.
